At Seacontractors, we go beyond compliance to set new benchmarks in maritime safety, quality, and environmental responsibility. Our commitment to Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) is embedded in our operations and extends to all personnel and stakeholders.
We are strategically focusing on expanding our fleet with vessels above 500GT, ensuring enhanced capabilities and compliance with the highest industry standards. While a few of our smaller vessels remain in operation, the majority of our fleet meets or exceeds this threshold.
Although some vessels fall below the gross tonnage requirement for mandatory ISM Code compliance, we have voluntarily implemented a fully ISM-compliant Safety Management System (SMS) across our fleet. This guarantees structured safe practices, emergency preparedness, and pollution prevention. Our crew undergo ISM-compliant training to maintain the highest industry standards and seamlessly participate in ISM-regulated projects.
At Seacontractors, our commitment to social responsibility is integral to our operations and corporate ethos. We recognize that our responsibilities extend beyond maritime activities to encompass the well-being of our employees, the communities we engage with, and the environment we strive to protect.
Our people are our most valuable asset. We are dedicated to providing a safe, inclusive, and supportive work environment that promotes personal and professional growth. Our structured training programs combine theoretical instruction, practical drills, and on-the-job training to ensure our team members are well-equipped to excel in their roles. We prioritize health and safety, fair employment practices, and continuous learning opportunities, fostering a culture of mutual respect and collaboration.
At Seacontractors, we firmly believe that all incidents are preventable, and that a strong safety culture is the foundation of a healthy and efficient workplace. In cooperation with our customers, suppliers, and contractors, we actively promote safety awareness, hazard identification, and risk mitigation measures to ensure that all operations are conducted in full compliance with the highest industry standards.
