We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Technical & Operational Support Officer to assist our Technical, Operational, and QHSE departments. This diverse role includes managing maintenance systems, coordinating procurement, ensuring compliance with emission standards, and handling the logistics of parts and inspections. Your work will support the smooth operation of our fleet, helping us maintain high standards of safety, efficiency, and compliance.

Therefore, we are looking for a Technical Superintendent to strengthen our Headquarters in Vlissingen (NL) and provide his/her expertise to our current Technical department.
We are looking for a Crew Operator to strengthen our Netherlands-based Crewing department and support our organization’s growth. Seacontractors has and will grow considerably via new buildings and acquisition of a variety of 50-, 70- and 120-tonnage vessels
As a Master within our fleet you will be responsible for a team of 4-6 crew members. In addition to good teamwork, you are also able to perform maneuvers independently; anchor handling / (double) tow / rig moves etc. Due to the diversity of our scope of work, projects and sailing areas, no trip will be the same. Working experience on tugs and knowledge of ISM is a must.
As a Chief Officer you will be working in a team of 4-6 crew members. You are able to perform your watch keeping and navigational duties independently on the bridge, sail the vessel as well as hands-on activities on deck. Due to the diversity of our scope of work, projects and sailing areas, no trip will be the same.
Our Maritime Officers have a combined function as a chief mate and 2nd engineer. No day will be the same due to the variety of your position. You will be responsible for preparing sailing plans, navigation and watchkeeping. Supporting the master with maneuvering, towing and anchor handling.
We are looking for experienced Chief Engineers to stregthen our fleet of Shoalbusters. As a Chief Engineer, you will be working in a team of 4-6 crew members. In addition to your team, you are also able to conduct independent work in the engine room and you are the direct contact for our Technical Department.
As an intern you will work in a team of 4-6 crew members where you will be supervised in carrying out work on deck, on the bridge and in the engine room. Work is carried out in various regions such as Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Under the supervision of the engineer, you’ll check and maintain the engines, test the water pumps and generators in the engine room.
