Seacontractors and Jifmar Group announce today the finalization of the transfer of Seacontractors’ fleet of 15 workboats, following the agreement signed on 28 August 2025.

As of 19 November 2025, the vessels and associated teams will officially join Jifmar, marking a significant step in the Group’s expansion across the Middle East and Indian Ocean regions.

This transition allows Seacontractors to focus on its Anchor Handling Tug Supply (AHTS) operations in the 70–200-ton bollard pull range, strengthening its expertise in deep-sea anchor handling, towage, and specialized offshore projects.
